RESOLUTION NO. 3132 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, does hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property set forth immediately following their names, as follows: Samuel Elsworth Hearn and Cora W. Hearn, husband andwlfe, and Dennis Vincent Hearn, a single man Grant Deed to 20 ft. in width right o f way to construct, reconstruct, maintain and repair pipe lines in Section Thirty-three (33), Township Five (5) South, Range Ten (10) West, S,B.B.&.M. Samuel Elsworth Hearn and COra W. Hearn, husband and wife, and Dennis Vincent Hearn, a single nmn Grant Deed to triangular parcel of land bounded on the West by the West line of Section Thirty-three (33), bounded on the North by the East and West 1/4 Section Line of Section Thirty-three (33), and bounded on the Southeast by Santa Ana River right-of-way, all in Township Five (5) South, Range Ten (10) West, S.B.B.'&.M. All of said property is in the County of Orange, State of California. PASSED AND AD0~TED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held this 15th day of June, 1942.
