<br />of the City of Santa Ana, as established by the "East
<br />First Street No. 1 Annex", said corner being on the South
<br />line of East First Street, said South line being 33.00 feet
<br />South, measured at right angles, from the center line of
<br />East First Street, said corner being East 1,378 feet,
<br />more or less, from the southerly extension of the center
<br />linm of Mabury Street, measured along said South line, and
<br />running thence South 0° 27' 15" Bast, 985.05 feet along
<br />the West line of said East half of Lot "C" of said
<br />Stafford and Tustin Tract, and along said boundary of the
<br />City of Santa Ana to a point on the North line of that
<br />certain property conveyed to the State of California by
<br />deed recorded July 12, 1954, in Book 2768, Page 59 of
<br />Official Records of Orange County, California, and to an
<br />angle point in said East First Street No. 1 Annex and to
<br />a point in a curve concave Northeasterly, having a radius

<br />220.73 feet, more or less, from the North line of said
