NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORK NOTICE IS HgREBY GIVEN ~hat The City Council of the City of Santa Aha, on the 15tn day of October, 19~5, passed a Resolution of In~en~ion No. 3~18 to order ~ne following work and i~vement in ~ne City of Santa A~, t~wit: ~o close up, abandon and vacate ~ port,on of Lot "A", Trac~ No. ~3O, de.ca, ed I'or s~reet pu~oses, p~rtlcular&y described a~ follows, ~wit: Beginning at ~ point in ~e Westerly line of said lo~, distant ~nereon 50.~3 feet Northerly from ~he ~out~wes~ corner of said lot, ~nning ~nence Northeasterly along the arc of a cu~e concave to ~he East ~v~ng a radius of 53© feet and ~angen~ to ~he Westerly line of said lo~, a distance of 85.03 feet to ~he Northerly line of said lot; t~ence Westerly along said Norther~ line, 6.82 feet to ~he Northwes~ corner of said lot; t~ence ~utnerly along the Westerly line of said lot, 8~.5y feet to ~he point of beginning.
