AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING NOTICES OF IMPROV~ENT STATE OF CALIFORNIA) SS COUNTY OF ORANGE ) H. M. NEIGHBOUR, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: that he is now and was at all times herein mentioned the duly appointed, qualified and aotlng Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California. That on the 15tn day of October, 19~5, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana passed its Resolution of Intention No. 3~lE, to order that certain work to be done and improvement to De made in said City as sale work and improvement are descrloed in the "Notice of Puolic Work", a copy of which notice is hereunto attached and hereby referred to and made a part hereof, and as said work ane improve- ment are similarly described in said Resolution of Intention, re~erence to whlcn is hereby expressly made for further particulars. That after the adoption of said Resolution of IntentIon ne caused to be posted conspicuously along the line of said con- templated work ane improvement, notices or the passage of said resolution, and headed said notice in letters not less than one inch in height, with the caption "NoTice oi' Puolxc Work", a copy of which no~lce, similar to the notice posted, is annexed hereto and made a part hereof. That he caused said notices to be posted by fastening them with metal tacks to posts, fences, laths, walls, or trees, at an elevation of approximately five (5) feet above the ground, so tlmt they would attract the attention of passers-by and be easily readable; that six (6) sucn notices were posted as aforesaid; ~nat all of said notices were posted at a distance less tnan 300 feet apart from each other, and not less than three of said notices in all were posted within the area of said proposed work and improvement.
