Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said lot, distant Thereon 50.~3 feet Northerly from the ~outhwest corner of said lot, running thence Northeasterly along the arc of a curve concave to the East navlng a radius of 530 feet and tangent to the Westerly line of said lot, a distance of ~5.03 feet to the Northerly line of said lot; thence Westerly along said Northerly line, 6.~2 feet to the Northwest corner of said lot; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said lot, ~.57 feet to the point of beginning. all of which is more clearly shown on a csX-rain map applied and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for the said abandonment, by Resolution No. 341Y, on the 15th day of October, 19~u3. That the public work ordered and the improvement to be made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning that portion of Lot UAN of Tract No. ?30, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as per ms.p thereof recorded in Book 21, at page ~O, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, as hereinbefore described, and for that reason no district, property or properties shall be chargeable therewith. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance to an act of 'the legislature of the State of California, designated as #ST~T IMPROVEMENT LAW of 1889", approved March 6, 1~89, Statutes 1889, p. ?O, and amendments thereto. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 3418, w~lcn is dated the 15th Cay of October, 1945, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana.
