Sec. ll. That in addition to the fo~egoing notice the City Clerk <br />shall, not later than the thirty-first nor earlier than the sixtieth day <br />)efore the election, give notice of said election by causing a notice <br />of the same to be published at least once in the Santa Aha Register, <br />a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa <br />Ans. Said notice shall be headed: "Notice of Election", and shall con- <br />tain the information ~equi~ed by law. <br /> <br /> Sec. 1~..
