3. That said territory is contiguous to and lies to the extreme Easterly and Southerly boundaries of the Oity of Santa Aha and designated as Southeast Santa Ana. 4. That notice is further hereby given that the let day of April, 1946, at the hour of 7.30 P.N. of said day, in the Oounoil Chambers in the City Hall, in the City of Santa Ana, is the time and ~lace when and Where any person owning real property within said erritory so proposed to be annexed and having any objections to the proposed annexation, may appear before the Oity Oouncil and show cause why such territory should not be so annexed. 5. That upon such annexation, the City shall~ (a) At such time hereafter as the final map of said sub- division is approved and filed, that the City will accept the dedication of the streets contained within the area of said subdivision. (b) Approve said eubdiv~elon an~ plan of development ~s set forth, eubjec~ to the recommenaation o~ ~he Planning ~omm~ss~on. (c) Within a reasonable time from the date of annexation, the Oity will extend the city water line to the boundary of the pro- posed annexation in order that connection there may be made for the supplying of water to said subdivision. (d) The Oity shall not levy nor assess any taxes against the annexed territory to pay for any present outstanding bonded debt of said City of Santa Ana. (e) Zone said annexed property upon the recommendation of the Planning Oommission. The 0ity Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published at least once a week for two euccessive weeks in the Santa Ana ~l~2~XRegister, a newspaper of general circulation pub- lished in theOity of Santa Aha, California.
