SECTION 2 The Director of Public Works of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to prepare and post notices to destroy said weeds as required by law. Said notices shall be posted at least fiYe (5) days prior to the time for heari~ objections and protests by the City Council of said City, and shall be con- spicuously posted in front of the property on which, or in front of which such nuisance exists, one notice to each piece or parcel o£ property in separate ownership of not oYer fifty (50) feet frontage, or not more than two notices to any piece or parcel of property in separate o~mership with a frontage of one hundred (100) feet or less. If the frontage of any piece of parcel of property in separate ownership is greater than 100 feet, notices shall be posted at not more than one hundred (100) feet in distance apart. SECTION 3 The City Council does hereby fix the 4th day of May~ 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of said City, as the place, for hearing objections and protests to the proposed removal of such weeds.
