NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br /> California, does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Resolution of Intention to order changes <br /> to the work in the City of Santa Ana Assessment District No. 218, <br /> adopted on April 6, 1964, has been duly and regularly published as <br /> required by Streets and Highways Code, Section 5232 thereof. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That n° written protests or objection to said <br />changes has been filed with the Clerk of this Council, and that no <br />protests or objections were made at the time of this hearing. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That the changes proposed have been duly con- <br />sidered by this Council and found to be in the best interests of the <br />public and said Assessment District No. 218. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
