NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17th day of March, 1947, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
<br />passed a Resolution declaring that noxious or dangerous weeds were growing apon or in front of the property on the

<br />the said City of Santa Aha, and more particularly described in said Resolution, and that the same constitute a public
<br />n~aisance, which must be abated by the removal of said noxious or dangerous weeds, otherwise they will be removed,
<br />and the nuis&nce will be abated by the municipal authorities, in which case the cost of such removal will be assessed
<br />upon lots and lands from which or in front of which such weeds are removed, and such cost shall constitute a lien
<br />upon such lots or land until paid. Reference is hereby made to said Resolution for further particulars. All property
<br />owners having any objection to the proposed removal of such weeds are hereby notified to attend a meeting of the
<br />City Council of said City of Santa Ana to be held on the 7th day of April, 1947, when the objections will be heard
<br />
<br />and given due consideration.
