WRE~AS, Fi:~NK EVANS, of 334 Wakeham Street, Santa Aha, EVERETT ?/H-ITE, of 305 No. Sycamore Stru~t, Santa Aha, and JAMES WO~I~N, of 2105 No. ~ain Street, Santa Aha, California, as pro- ponents, by and through Meyer and Dreizen, their attorneys, here- tofore and within fifteen (15) days przor to the adoption of this Resolution filed with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana a Notice of Intention to Circulate a Petition relating to the annexa- tion of territory (commonly known as Santa Ana Army Air Base) to the City of Santa Ana. NOW, THEi~FO~, in conformity with Act 5159, Section l-B, sub- paragraph entitled "Resolution of Approval", of t~s general laws of the State of Calii'ornia set forth at page 1686 of Deering's Cali- fornia General Laws, Volume 2, IT IS HEREBY i~SOLV£D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA as follows, to-wit: 1.
