RESOLUTION NO. 56~9 A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION, ABANDONMENT AND cLOSING UP OF AN UNNAMED ~TJ~YAS DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE OF I11TEN- TION NO. 1225. WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, on the 5th day of April, 1948, regularly passed and adopted Ordinance No. 1225, declaring its intention to vacate, abandon and close up that cer- tain unnamed alley therein and hereinbelow described, which said Ordin- ance was regularly published as required for the publication of 0rdin- an ces; and WHEREAS, notice of said intention was duly posted, as required by Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and W~REAS, public hearing was regularly held on the 7th day of June, 1958, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of Santa Aha, California, upon due notice in said Ordinance and said posted notices contained; NOW, THE~FORE, A~"I'EH DUE HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that that certain alley hereinbelow described, and cribed in the Ordinance of intention hereinabove referred to, sary for present or prospective public street purposes; ~nd BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby makes its order vacating, abandoning and closing up for street and alley purposes that certain parcel of real property being ~n the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and des- cribed as follows: All except the northerly 5 fee~ of that certain unnamed 15 foot alley running north and south between Lots i to 8, both inclusive, on the west, and Lots 9 to 16, both inclusive, on the etst, as shown on a map of Tract No. 159, recorded in Book ll, page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of 0range County, California. as des- is uuneces- PASSED, ADOPTED AND ORDERED by the City Council of the City of
