R~SOLUTION NO. 367~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRANTING <br />EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Edward L. Gorzeman and Peggy M. Gorzeman, husband and <br />wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha a grant deed dated <br />~uly 6, 1948, conveying an easement for all the uses and purposes of a <br />public street in, over and upon ell that real property situate in the <br />City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 10 feet of the West 40 feet of Lot 1, Block A, Goodwins <br /> Addition, as per map thereof recorded in Book 13, at Page 48, Re- <br /> cords of Los Angeles Coumty. <br /> <br />Subject to an easement l0 feet in width for an irrigation pipeline held <br />by the Santa Aha Valley Irrigation Company, the center line of which is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 5 feet South of the Southwest corner of Bush <br /> and Seventeenth Streets, running thence parallel to and 5 feet <br /> distant from the South line of Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEE that the City of Santa Ana accepts <br />the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real property hereinebove <br />described.
