RESOLUTION NO. $676 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, P. W. Ehrler and Florence E. Ehrler, husband <br />and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha a grant <br />deed dated June 22, 1948, conveying certain real property to. <br />the City of Santa Aha, a Municipal Corporation; said real <br />property being situated in the County of Orange, State of <br />California, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> The West l0 feet of Lot 9 in Block "A" of Bartlett's <br /> Addition to the Town of Santa Aha, as per map thereof <br /> recorded in Book 13, page 45 of Miscellaneous Records <br /> of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br /> SUBJECT TO taxes for the fiscal year 19~8-~9. <br /> <br /> NOW THF~REFORE, be it resolved that the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is <br />hereby instructed to attach to said deed a certified copy of this <br />Resolution and to provide for the recording of said deed with <br />the County Recorder of Orange County. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> regular meeting held on this 6th <br /> <br />of Santa Aha at its <br /> <br />day of July <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />, 1948. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the City <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, and ex-officio Clerk of the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br /> <br /> <br />
