RESOLUTION NO. ~658 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUN'CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the previsions of 0rdi- <br />nance Ne. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 8, 1938, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following named tntersection~within the <br />the said City of Santa Ana, hereinafter described, is hereby declared <br />to be a stop intersection within the meaning contemplated and <br />intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of California: <br /> <br />The intersection of Fruit Street and Lincoln <br />Avenue, and all traffic shall stop on Lincoln <br />Avenue before entering the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the <br />Santa Ana at its regular <br /> 2nd- day of , <br /> <br />City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> meeting held on the <br /> <br /> 1948. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEA ) <br /> <br /> <br />
