RESOLUTION NO. 36~5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDE~ ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AB <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Ama, entitled "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curbs along the <br />public highways in the City of Santa Ama shall be painted Yellow, <br />as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1050, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />curbs to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> S.0UTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side, between First and Walnut Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The South 20' feet of the Northl~e5 feets <br /> EAST FIFTH STREET <br /> On the South slae, Deewe®n lain and Bush Streets, <br /> <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The West 40 feet of the East lO0 feet, <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />SautaAua, at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br /> 1st day of March , 1948. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
