<br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION, ABANDONMENT,
<br />AND CLOSING OF TWO UNNAMED ALLEYS AND PORTIONS
<br />OF LOWELL, OLIVE AND TOWNER STR~.TS, AS DESCRIB-
<br />ED IN ORDINANCE OF INTENTION, NO. 1220.

<br /> W~.REAS, heretofore the 0ity Council of the City of Santa Ana, on
<br />the 2nd day of February, 19~8, regularly passed and adopted Ordinance
<br />No. 1220, declaring its intention to vacate, abandon and close up two
<br />unnamed alleys and portions of Lowell, Olive and Towner Streets, there-
<br />in and hereinbelow described, which said Ordinance was regularly pub-
<br />lished as required for the publication of Ordinances; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, notice of said intention was duly posted, as required by
<br />Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was regularly held on the 29th day of
<br />March, 1958, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., at the Council Chambers in the
<br />City Hall of Santa Ana~ California, upon due notice in said Ordinance
<br />and said posted notices contained;
<br />
<br /> NOW,.THEREFORE, AFTER DUE HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
<br />Council of the City of Santa A~a hereby finds from all the evidence sub-
<br />mitted that those certain portions of Lowell, Olive and Towner Streets
<br />and two ,,nnamed alleys herelnbelow described, and as described in the
<br />Ordinance of Intention hereinabove referred to and the portion of each
<br />hereinbelow described, is u~necessary for present or prospective public
<br />street purposes; and
<br />
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Aha hereby makes its order vacating, abandoning and c.losing up for
<br />street smd alley purposes those certain parcels of real property being
<br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and des-
<br />cribed as follows:

<br /> Parcel #l: An alley l0 feet in width, lying between Lots 1
<br /> and 2, Block 3, of the French Street Tract, ae
<br /> recorded in Book ~, Page $5, Miscellaneous Maps,
<br /> Records of Orange County, California.
<br />
<br /> Parcel #2: An alley 15 feet wide lying between Lots 36 and
<br /> 37 of the Main Street Tract, as recorded in Book
<br /> 3, at Page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
<br /> Orange County, California
