RESOLUTION NO. 3634 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY T}~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS by Resolution No. 2488 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 5th day of October, 1958, pursuant <br />to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, <br />and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City <br />of Santa Ana, en%itled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways Within said City", adopted April 8, 1938, the City <br />Council did declare that the following curb along the public high- <br />way in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, as provided <br />in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1050, and <br />the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be <br />painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> F~FTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Main and Sycamore Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly ~23 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of <br />the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of said Ordinance No. lOZO, the following curb along <br />the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow <br />as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />
