RESOLUTION 64-91 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY <br />PROTEST MAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE <br />ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "FAIRHAVEN <br />AND GLASSELL S. E. ANNEX" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held <br />this date the protest hearing against the annexation herein <br />referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law, <br />and no written protests were filed against said annexation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />and declares that at the protest hearing, notice of which was given <br />by Resolution 64-51, there was not a majority protest against the <br />annexation of territory designated "FAIRHAVEN AND GLASSELL S.
