RESOLUTION NO. 3880 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DIRECT- <br />ING THAT CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER WORK <br />AND WORK FOR THE SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION <br />OF WATER BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION <br />AND TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY <br />ENGINEER AND THAT THE ASSESSMENT THERE- <br />FOR BE MADE AND SIGNED BY THE CITY <br />ENGINEER. <br /> <br />Council <br />No.3879 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City <br /> <br />of the City of Santa Ana has adopted its Resolution <br /> <br /> ordering certain sanitary sewer work and work for <br /> <br />the supply and distribution of water, said work being more <br />particularly described in its Resolution No. 3858 and shown <br />on plans (which include profiles and detailed drawings), <br />designated "Plan No. 194" on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk of said city, <br /> <br />"Specifications No. <br /> <br />City Clerk; and <br /> <br />and described in specifications designated <br />194," also on file in the office of said <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desirable that said work shall be <br />done under the direction and to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer, and that the materials used shall comply with said <br />specifications and be to the satisfaction of said City Engineer <br />instead of the Superintendent of Streets of said city; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desirable that the assessment here- <br />after to be made in the ~roceedings for said work be made nd <br />signed by the City Engineer instead of by the Superintendent <br />of Streets; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND <br /> <br /> <br />
