ORDER as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this City Council hereby directs <br />that said work shall be done under the direction of and to <br />the satisfaction of said City Engineer and that the materials <br />used shall comply with said specifications and be to the <br />satisfaction of said City Engineer instead of the Superintendent <br />of Streets of said city. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
