RESOLUTION NO. 3881 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DETER- <br />NINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF <br />PER DIEM WAGE AND THE GENERAL PREVAIL- <br />ING RATE FOR LEGAL HOLIDAY AND OVER- <br />TI~iE WORK IN SAID CITY, FOR CERTAIN <br />CRAFTS OR TYPES OF WORKMEN. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana has by its Resolution No. 387~ ordered certain work <br />or improvement, said work or improvement being more par- <br />ticularly described in its Resolution No. 5858, and shown <br />on plans (which include profiles and detailed drawings) <br />designated "Plan No. 194" on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk of said city, and described in specifications desig- <br />nated "Specifications No. 194," also on file in the office <br />of said City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council has ascertained the <br />general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br />in which said work is to be performed for each craft or <br />type of wor~nan needed to execute the contract for said <br />work, and this City Council has ascertained the general <br />prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in <br />said locality for each craft or type of workman needed <br />to execute said contract; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council <br />Santa Ana, california, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, <br />ORDER as follows: <br /> <br />of the City of <br />DETERMINE AND <br /> <br /> <br />
