RESOLUTION 64-114 DECLARING THAT NO PROTEST <br />HAS BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF <br />TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SANTA CLARA AND TUSTIN <br />N. W. ANNEXATION" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held <br />this date the protest hearing against the annexation herein <br />referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law, <br />and no written protests were filed against said annexation or <br />the proposed election to vote on said annexation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />hereby finds and declares that at the protest hearing, notice of <br />which was duly given by Resolution 64-102, there was no written <br />protest filed against said annexation and therefore further finds <br />and declares that a majority protest has not been made against <br />the annexation of territory designated "SANTA CLARA AND TUSTIN <br />N. W.
