RESOLUTION NO. 3918 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />W~W~EAS, LETTA C. MORC-AN, has presented to the City Council <br /> <br />of Santa A~a, California, a grant deed dated March 13, 1950 con- <br /> <br />veying fee title in that certain real property in the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ama, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />A parcel of land of varying width for widening Bush <br />Street south of Tenth Street, more particularly de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Lot 15, <br />Witmer and VanAlstynes Add., as shown on a Map <br />recorded in Book 13, Page 15, Records of Los Angeles <br />County,.said point beinglg. 5038 feet Easterly from <br />the Northwest ~orner of said Lot 15'; thence Westerly <br />9.4038 feet to a point on said Northerly line; thence <br />Southerly along a line 10 feet Easterly from and <br />parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot 15 a <br />distance of 35.362 feet to a point; thence North- <br />easterly along a curve concave Southeasterly and <br /> a radius of 275.50 f..t an an . of <br /> 38" to the point of beginming. <br /> <br />Excepting therefrom easements and rights of way of record. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br /> <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.
