The polls must be opened at ~ o'clock a.m. of the morn!n~ of the day of election, and must b~ kept open until ? o'clock p.m. of the same day, when the polls shall be closed. Section 5. If the said proposition of issuing Water Works bonds be accepted by two-thirds of all the qualified voters voting at said election in said city, bonds of said City of santa Ana to the amount of sixty- three Thousand uollars principal, ~z~ 1 be issued for the payment of the cost of said public improvements. Said bonds shall be 80 in nunfeer for tho sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars each, and 41D in number for the sun: of Three Humdred ($~00) Dollars each, and 40 in nun?~er for the sum of Two Hundred and ~Ovsnty-five Dollars each, shall be s~rial in character, one-fortieth part of the principal of which shall be paid each year.
