amendment to said Act, al:proved ~.{arch 19,1907, also pursuant to Resolution No.§56, of said city a~d Ordinance No.559, of said city, .~allin~ an election for said bonds, passed by the Board of Trust~es of the City of Santa An~ on the let day of Seotember, 1915, and in pursuance of ordinance No.~65 of the City of Santa Aha, di:e~tinz the issuance of this bond. · t It is hereby certified that all cond~t_ons , acts and thiu~s essential to the validity of this bond exist, have harp. shed, and have b~en done and that all the requirements of law and of the constitution r~lm~in~ to the issue hereof have been fully complied with by the bodies, officers and persons, and thst the issue hereef has been duly authorized and directed by the ~ote of more than two-thirds of all the qualified voters of said city voting at a special election for the purl~ose duly called and held and by an ordinance of the Board of Trustee~ duly passed and published Gzd a~proved, and that said provision h~s been duly n~ade for the collection of an ~nnual tax sufficient to pay the i~terest of this bond as m~ falls due, and a si~ki~g fund has been duly constituted to pay the principal at maturity, and that the debt created hero- by and this bond are within every debt and other lin~its prescribed b?; law and said Act, and by the constitution.
