RESOLUTION NO. 64-~5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br />PROPOSING TO INCLUDE CERTAIN <br />ADDITIONAL TERRITORY IN ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 221ANDAPPROVING <br />REVISED MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 221. <br /> <br />(Assessment District No. 221, <br /> Watkins Way) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in proceedings under the Improvement <br />Act of 1911 this City Council heretofore adopted its <br />resolution of intention, Resolution No. 63-171, declaring <br />its intention to order certain street work and to make the <br />expense of said work chargeable upon a district described <br />in "Map of Assessment District No. 221", said map consist- <br />ing of one sheet and being on file with the Clerk of the <br />Council and this City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after duly giving notice, a hearing <br />was had on said resolution of intention, following which <br />Resolution No. 63-211 was adopted ordering the construction <br />of the work and fixing the boundaries of the assessment <br />district, as described in said resolution of intention, <br />such b?undgries being those shown on said "Map of Assess- <br />ment Dzstrzct No. 221"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has <br />recommended the inclusion of certain additional territory <br />in the assessment district and has presented to this <br />City Council a revised map designa~ed."RevisedMap of <br />Assessment District No. 221", conszstzng of one sheet, <br />showing the boundaries of the district after the inclusion <br />of such territory; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE <br />AND ORDER as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. This City Council hereby proposes, <br />after notice and hearing, to order by a four-fifths vote <br />that said additional territory be included within the assess- <br />ment district and to fix the boundaries of the assessment <br />district, as described in said "Revised Map of Assessment <br />District No. 221". There will be no estimated increase or <br />decrease in the cost of the work by reason of said proposed <br />change. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said 'Revised Map of Assessment <br />District No. 221" is hereby approved. The Clerk of the <br />Council is hereby directed to endorse her certificate on <br />the original and a copy of said map, and to file the original <br />of said map in the office of the Clerk of the Council and <br />to file said copy with the County Clerk of the County of <br />Orange. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The contractor for said work is <br />hereby requested to give his written consent to the making <br /> <br /> <br />
