A polling place is hereby established in and for Special Election Precinct No.9 which polling place is at the Lincoln School Building on French street, city of Santa Ans. A Board of Election is hereby appointed in and for Special Election Precinct No.9 to hold, conduct and make retur~ cf said special election, consisting of two inspectors, two judges and two clerks, each of whom is and shall be a qualified elector in the said Special Election Inspector Inspector Judge Judge Clerk Clerk Special Election Precinct Precinct No.9 as follows: Washington D.Barker MacKelvey O.Robbins Edgar P.Stafford Henry J.Mastere Mfs.May Drips Miss Lillie Osborne.
