A polling place is hereby established in and for Special Election Precinct No.ll, which polling place is the building occupied by the Powers Collar Factory, on EaSt Second street, city of Santa Ana. A Board of Election is hereby appointed in and for Special Election Precinct No.ll to hold, conduct and make returns of said special election, consisting of two inspectors, two judges and two clerks, each of whom is and shall be a quali- fied elector in the Special Election Precinct No.ll as follows: Inspector Inspector Judge Judge Clerk Clerk Jerome W.Flagg Clinton S.Hubbard Peter B.Glover Robert L.Smith Mfs.Flora R.Phillips Miss Grace M.Grigsby Special Election Precinct No.12 shall include and embrace all of that portion of the city of Santa Aha located within the following described boundsmies: Beginning at the intersection of First street and Main street; thence along the center line of East let Street to its intersection with Lyon street; thence south along the center line of Lyon street to its intersection with McFadden street; thence south along the city limits; thence west along the city limits to south Main street; thence North along the center line of south Main street to its intersection with 1st street, the place of beginning. A polling place is hereby established in and for Special election precinct No.12, which polling place is the Roosevelt School Building on East First street, city of Santa Ans. Section 9. The polls at the polling places hereinbefore designated and established in maid special election precincts Nos. 1-2-3-4-5-~-?-8-9-10-11-12 must be opened at six o'clock A.M. of the day of election and must be kept open until seven o'clock P.M. of the same day, when the polls shall be closed, except as provided for in Sec.l164 of the Political Code of the State of California.. Section 10. In all particulars not recited in this Ordinance said special election shall be held and conducted as provided by law for holding municipal elections in the city of Santa Ans.
