RESOLUTION NO. 65-62 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, CLARIFYING RESOLUTION NO. 62-155 RE CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS IN SANTA ANAASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 218. WHEREAS, this Council took action by Resolution No. 62-155 at a regular meeting on the 6th day of August, 1962, finding that certain named streets were public streets and defined by the Improvement Act of 1911; and WHEREAS, certain streets named therein were not in public use to the normal width of sixty (60) feet; and WHEREAS, t~e extent of public usage should be clarified for the purpose of an adequate legal description of the properties adjoining said streets. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, DOES RESOLVE THAT RESOLUTION NO. 62-155 BE CLARIFIED AS FOLLOWS: That the shaded portion of the private rights of way, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, is the portion of said rights of way which had been in common and undisputed use Dy the public for a period of more than five (5) years next preceding August 6, 1962, as to the streets named below and shown on Exhi0it "A" attached, and as set forth in said Resolution NO. 62-155, to wit: 1. Mar-Les Drive, being a southerly extension of Sidney Street, commencing at Westminster Avenue (17th Street) and ending at Mar-Les West, below referred to. 2. Mar-Les West, a north-south Street, between Mar-Les Drive, above referred to, and Mar-Les Lane, below referred to. 3. Mar-Les Lane, an east-west Street, between the northerly termination of Mar-Les West, above referred to, and Mar-Les Drive, above referred to. APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held this 19%h day
