1 4 7 8 9 10 11 15 14 1§ 17 18 19 20 24 26 ~? $0 $1 Resolut!on B RESOLUTION NO. 62-155 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TN~ CITY OF SANTA A~A, CALIFOP~NIA, DECLARING CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ASSESS- MENT DISTRICT NO. 218 TO BE PUBLIC STREETS AS DEFINED IN THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911. WHEREAS, there is included within said Assessment District No. 218, and shown on Plat No. AD-21$ heretofore adopted, certain streets not heretofore officially adopted or accepted as public streets by the City of Santa Ana, but which have been commonly known by designated names and which have been in common and undisputed use by the public for more than five (5) years; and WHEREAS, the City Council has examined said Plat NO. AD-21$ and has reviewed the facts and evidence concerning such common names and the fact of public use. NOW, TT{EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha does resolve as follows: That the following streets briefly described have been commonly known by the names indicated below and have been in common and undisputed use by the public for a period of more th~ five (5) years next preceding and are public streets as defined in the Improvement Act of 1911, and hereinafter are referred to by the names by which they are commonly known and as public streets: 1. A southerly extension of Figueroa Street from Bolsa Avenue, to a point 315 feet southerly of the center line of said Bolsa Avenue. 2. An extension of JacksOn street between-~he north line of Tract 3713 and the south line of Tract 3769. 3. An extension of Camille Street from the center line of Jackson Street, above referred to, tO Harper S%*reet, below referred to. 4. Harper Street between McFadden Avenue(Sugar Avenue), extending to a point 265 feet northerly of the center line of -1-
