RESOLUTION NO. 65-63 RESOLUTION ORDERING CORBECTIONS AND CLARIFICATION OF ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 218. WHEREAS, the assessment and diagram in Assessment District No. 218 needs to De corrected and clarified as to the width of certain public streets, to wit: 1. Mar-Les Drive, being a southerly extension of Sidney Street, commencing at Westminster Avenue (l?th Street) and ending at Mar-Les West, below referred to. 2. Mar-Les West, a north-south Street, between Mar-Les Drive, above referred to, and Mar-Les Lane, below referred to. 3. Mar-Lea Lane, an east-west Street, between the northerly termination of Mar-Les West, anove referred to, and Mar-Les Drive, anove referred to. ~VHEREAS, the necessary corrections do not affect adversely the rights of any property owner in said Assessment DistrAct No. 218, nor do they change the amount of any assessment. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, TBAT THE ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 21~ BE CORRECTED AS FOLLOWS: 1. ~hat the assessment roll covering Parcels 427 through 474 inclusive, excepting Parcel 465, and 493 through 511 inclusive, excepting Parcel 500, me corrected and clarified Dy descriming the property contingent to the following named streets as being subject to a street easement, to wit: (a) Mar-Les Drive, being a southerly extension of Sidney Street, commencing at Westminster Avenue (17tn Street) and ending at Mar-Les West, below referred to. (b) Mar-Les West, a north-south Street, between Mar- Les Drive, above referred to, and Mar-Les Lane, below referred to. (c) Mar-Les Lane, an east-west Street, between the northerly termination of Mar-Les West, above referred to, and Mar-Les Drive, above referred to.
