RESOLUTION NO. 65- 64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENT AS CORRECTED THIS DATE IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN SEWER <br />LINES TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES A~D <br />APPURTF~NAiTT WORK IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. <br />218. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, tne assessment and diagram previously filed <br />with the City Clerk, confirmed by this Council Dy Resolution <br />No. 65-30 on February 1, 1965, and ordered to De corrected by <br />Resolution No. 65-63 this date, has been corrected as ordered <br />and the appropriate changes made thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council is satisfied as to the <br />corrections in the assessment and diagram. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That said assessment and diagram and all proceedings <br />leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of all <br />officers of the City of Santa Aha, California, are hereby <br />ratified and confirmed, and the assessment roll and diagram <br />as corrected is hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> <br /> APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof held this 195~ day <br /> <br />of April, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />A Municipal Corporation <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
