RESOLUTION 65-65 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE <br />RESULT OF THE CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS OF <br />THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD APRIL 6, <br /> <br />1965 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance NS-783 called a Special <br />Bond Election to be held in the City of Santa Ana on April 6, 1965, <br />and said Bond Election was duly consolidated with the statewide <br />General Election held upon the same date; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Bond proposition voted upon at said Special <br />Bond Election was as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />: CITY OF SANTA ANA CIVIC CENTER LAND : : : <br />: ACQUISITION BONDS: Shall the City of : : : <br />: Santa Ana incur a bonded indebtedness : 'YES : : <br />: in the principal sum of $2,400,000 for : : : <br />: the acquisition by said city of a : : : <br />: certain municipal improvement, to wit: : : : <br />: real property for civic center site : : : <br />: purposes and for streets in and about : NO : : <br />: said site? : : : <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the record as entered on the Minutes of <br />said City Council showing the result of the canvass of the returns of <br />said Special Bond Election and the absentee votes cast thereat has <br />been found, declared, and officially adopted as set forth by said <br />City Council in Resolution 65-61. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> <br />
