All of the elevations stated and given in t~is Ordinance and which are hereinbefore fixed ~nd established as the grades upon East Santa Clara Avenue, ~orth McClay Street, West Pine Street, West Nyrtle Street, West Camtle Street, West ~Bishop Street, Richland Street, Highland Street, West Cubbon Street, North Garnsey Street, No~th Flower Street, Towner Street, ~orth Baker Street, North Bristol Street, ~orth ~rtesia Street, West Washington Avenue and ~ckey Street are based upon a datum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. §?l of the city of Santa Aha, which datum plane is 124.BB$ feet below the center line of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed ~nd located in the Northwest corner of the C~ty Hall of Santa Ana, and marked "U. S. Cm st and Geodetic Survey, ~,.L. All of said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet and are above said datum plane. ~ection 3. At all points on each street existing between the consecutive designated points where the elevations are stated and given, the grade on that street shall conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line of the street, between designated points. Ail distances on each street between said designated points at which the elevations are stated and given mre to be measured along the center line of that street unless otherwise specifi- cally herein provided. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be published three times in Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the city of Santa Aha, and sha21 take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage. The above and foregoing ~rdinance No. 69B was regularly introduced before the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa Ana at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of October, 1922, and passed and adopted by the said Board of Trustees at s regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of November, 1922, by the affi'Emative vote of the following named members thereof.
