An Ordinance of the city of Santa Aha, by the Board of Trustees, as the city council thereof, declaring its intention to order an improvement in said city, describing the improvement, the land necessary to be taken therefor, and the district.to be benefitted by said improvement and to be assessed to pay the ex- penses thereof, to be known as.the Assessment District, referring to a map approved by the Ooard of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, indicating by a boundary line the extent of the territory to be included in the assessment district, ordering said map to be filed in the office of the City Engineer, dir~ctlng the posting and the publication of notice, designating a newspaper for that purpose, and requiring the mailing of notice. ~'he °card of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana do ordain as follows: ~ection 1. Public interest and convenience requires that the city of Oanta Ana extend and open es extended McClay Street in the city of Santa Ana to the uses of public travel. The Board of Tr~stees of said city hereby declares its inten- tion to extend and open as extended ~cClay Street, as follows:- thirty (30) feet in width along, adjoining, immediately easterly of and parallel with the east line of Lot 16, Eastside Addition, extending North from the North line of ~ast Fourth Street, a public street in the city of Santa Ana, a distance of 364.69 feet; thence extending north and sixty (60) feet in width, being 30 ft. in width each side of, along, adjoining and parallel with the east lint of the North 20.81 feet of said Lot 16, and the east line of Lot 9, Eastside Addition, 406.81 feet to the south line of Central Avenue, also a public street in said city.
