The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: Section 1. That open public street in the city of Santa Ana, commonly known as, and called East Seventeenth Street and West Seventeenth Street is hereby accepted as and declared to be an open public street of the city of Santa ~na.
