The cost of the main sewer pipelines is estimated to be $14~,~000.O0, an.d the amount of the principal of the indebtedness to be inct~rred therefor is the sum of $149,000.00, which sum is and will be too gre~t to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of the city of Santa Aha. The maximum rate of interest to bc paid on s.uch indebted- ness is hereby fixed at five per cent per annum, payable semi- anhually, which rate of interest shall not be exceeded in the issuance of bonds for such indebtedness.
