Section 3. At all points on each street existing between the consecutive designated points where t~e elevations are stated ~nd given, the grade on that street shall confoEm to ~ true and uniform ~r~dfent along the center line of the Street, between designated points. All distances on each street between ssid designa- ted points at which the elevations are stated ~nd ~Iven are to be measured along the center line of that street unless otherwise specifically herein pro- vided. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be rublished one time in Santa Aris Daily hvening Register, a d~ily newspaper printed, published ~nd circulated in the City of Santa An~, and shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its p~ss~Fe. The above and foregoing Ordinance No. ?06 was regularly introduced before the Board of Trustees or, the City of Santa Aha at a regular meeting there- of held on the 8th day of February, 192~, and passed end adopted by the said Board of Trustees at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 13th day of February, 19~3, by the affirmative vote of the follow- lng named members thereof.
