the extending and opening as extended of Sycamore Street in said city from the North line ~ Fifteenth Street to the South line of Seventeenth Street, excepting therefrom that portion of street already dedicated ss e public thorough- f~re, all as set forth and in accordance with the provlsloni of Ordinance No. V40 ~ s~id city. SECTION II. Said Board of Trustees hereby directs end action to be brought by the City Attorney of said City of Santa Abe in the proper court, to-wit, the Superior Cgu~t of the County ~ Orange, State ~ California, in the name of the municipality, to-wit, the City C ~snta Aua, for the condemnation of the property necessarty or convenient to be t~ken for such improvement. SECTION III. Reference is he'reby made to s~id Ordinance No. V40, for a description of the property convert lent or necessary to be taken for such improvement, and for the ~ssessment district to be assessed f~r such improve- ment. SECTIOM IV. Said action must be brought within sixty (~0) dnys after the passage of this Ordinance, but the City Council may, by ordinance, extend t~e time for an additlonsl period not exceeding ninety (90) days; said action shall be brought in accordance with an Act of the State cf California, known as the Street Opening Act of 190~, and amendments thereto. SECTi0M V. The City Clerk shell certify to the passage of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published by three (~) insertions in the Santa And Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa And, and thirty (ZO) days thereafter it shall take effect and be in f~ce AYES, Trustees Geo.
