That the applicant must also present to the County: Health Officer a Certificate showing that urine and feces specimens have been eXamined bacteriologically by a labora- tory approved by the California State Board of Realth, and have been found to be negative. SECTION III. That any firm, person or corporatio~ violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convfctiou thereof shall be punishable by a f~ne of not more than Three Rundred ($~00) Dollars, cr by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than ninety (90) days, ~ by bot~ suc~ fi~e and imprisonment. SECTION IV. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of t?is ord!~ance ~nd cause the same to be pub- li~ed twice iu the Santa Aha Daily Evening aegister, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of ~anta £na, California. The said Board of Trustees determines and declare~ that this ordinance is passed to correct a~d remedy certain conditions which have helped to spread disease in the City of Santa Aha, and t~at tSe time necessary to make the usual publications of ordl~ances would seriously endanger the public health, and fbrl-that re,son declares thet an emergency ordinance to take effect ard ~e in full force ~?~ im~ediately upon its f~rst publication above dlrected, The above ordinance was raised, adopted ard appro~ ed this 24th day of March, 1924, by the following vote, to- wit: AYES, Trustees C.N.
