Bush <br /> <br />EgiERGENCY OI~INANCE NO. 746. <br /> <br /> AN OP~II~ANCE OF THE CITY OF ~ANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br />PROHIBITING THE CONDUCTING OF OUT DOOR ENTERTAINNENTS WITHIN <br />THE ~TY OF ~ANTA ANA, WITHOUT A ~PERNIT SO TO IX), AND PROVI- <br />DING A PENALTY TtIEREFOR. <br /> <br /> The Boar~l of Trustees of the ~ y of ~snts Aris do <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION I. It shall be unlawful for any person, <br />firm, or corporation, association, either as owner, agent or <br />employee, to hold or conduct ar~v outdorr exhibition or enter- <br />tainment within the Ci.ty of S~ta Aris, without first obtain- <br />ing s permit sc to do from the Board of Trustees of said City~ <br /> <br /> SECTION II. The words "outdoor entertainment" <br />wherewer used in this ordinance, shall be construed to mean <br />every sort of gathering, whether for instruction or entertain. <br />ment, which is held in the open air or conducted in a tent or <br /> <br /> SECTION III.
