Parking and filling stations must not use water for any other purpose, than for said parking and filling stations, and all applications for such service must be made to the wa- ter office. 2. That said portions of said Ordinance No. V28 not expressly herein emended shall remain and be in full force and effect as passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ane, on the 16th day of July, 1923. 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa An~ Daily Evening Register, a newspaper of gen- eral circulation, published end circulated in the City of Santa Ana, California, end it shell take effect upon ~ts first pub- licatiou.
