(4) Between the hours of seven A.M. and six P.M. of <br />any day excepting Sundays, ho vehicle shall be turned at an <br />intersection in the Central Traffic District or in any busiaess <br />district in such manner as to cause the same to proceed in an <br />opposite direction upon the street upon which said vehicle is <br />traveling at the time of entering said intersection. <br /> <br /> ($) Right hand turns may be made at any intersec- <br />tion outside the Central Traffic District at any time, regard- <br />less of traffic signals, pK~ovided, however, that the operator <br />of vehicles shall not turn such vehicle to the right of any <br />intersection or into any alley or driveway unless such vehicle <br />is, at the time of turning, in the line of traffic nearest the <br />curb to the right of said vehicle. <br /> <br /> (6) The Street Superintendent is hereby authorized <br />and required to mark intersections in the following manner: <br /> <br /> A single marker shall be placed at the intersection <br />of medial lines of intersecting streets when said streets in- <br />tersect at right angles, and have an average width of roadway <br />of more than sixty (60) feet, and when one of the intersect- <br />ing roadways cr~sses the other. All other intersections shall <br />be marked by placing a marker in each of the intersecting <br />streets, as near aa is possible at the intersection of the med- <br />ial lines of the roadway, and a prolongation of the property <br />lines of the intersecting streets. <br /> <br /> Section XV. One Way Alleys <br /> <br /> In any alley connecting two or more streets, in or <br />terminating in the Central Traffic District, it shall be un- <br />lawful to drive any vehicle in a Southerly or in an Easterly <br />direction. The Street Superintendent is hereby authorized <br />and required to place and maintain signs designating this pro- <br />vision. <br /> <br /> Section XVI. Driving From Alleys <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any operator of a vehicle <br />to drive said vehicle out of an alley or driveway unless such <br />vehicle has been brought to a complete stop iraw~ediately prior <br />to crossing the sidewalk. <br /> <br /> Section XVII. Scattering Load <br /> <br /> It shall be unalwful to operate any vehicle so los- <br /> <br />ded or constructed that <br />the roadway. <br /> <br /> Section XVIII. <br /> <br />any part of its load is dropped upon <br /> <br />Boulevard Right of Way <br /> <br /> Vehicles traveling in a lawful manner upon the fol- <br />lowing streets shall have the right of way over vehicles ap- <br />proaching from intersecting streets: <br /> <br /> Main Street from the City Limits on the North to <br />the City Limits or boundary line on the South. <br /> <br /> Fourth Street from the East line of Patton ~treet <br />to the West line of Mortimer Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
