Following Fire Apparatus Prohibited <br />It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to follow any <br />fire apparatus closer than one block, or to park any vehicle <br />within the block where fire apparatus has stopped in answering <br />a fire alarm. <br /> <br /> Sectlon XX. Stopping for Fire or Police Cars <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle <br />to continue his vehicle in motion when he shall hear efther <br />before or behind him, or coming from any intersecting street, <br />a police car, police ambulance, or fire car, w~ich shall be <br /> <br />sounding the siren provided by law for cars of that character. <br /> Section XXL. Right of Way for Funeral Processions <br /> <br /> Funeral processions shall have the right of way over <br />all other traffic. <br /> <br /> Section XXII. ~otorcycles and Bicycles <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for the operator of any bicycle <br />or motorcycle to carry any other person upon the bar, handle <br />bar or tank of any such vehicle. <br /> <br /> Section XXIII. Cllnsing to Moving Vehicles <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person traveling upon <br />any bicycle, motarcycle or other toy vehicle to cling to or <br />attach himself or htsmvehicle, to any other moving vehicle or <br />street car on any roadway in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE V. STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING <br /> <br /> Section XXIV. Standing Prohibited in Specified <br /> <br />Places <br /> <br /> Except to avoid conflict with other treaffic, or in <br />compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic <br />signal, it shall be unlawful for the operator of ~ vehicle to <br />stand said vehicle in the following places: <br /> <br /> ) <br /> <br /> (3) <br /> <br />wheels of the <br />the regularly established curb line except on streets where <br />provision has been made for angle parking as specified in Sec- <br />tion 29 hereof. <br /> <br /> (4) At any place where the standihg of a vehicle <br />will obstruct the use of any driveway. <br /> <br /> In an intersection <br /> <br /> In any cross walk <br /> <br /> At any place in the roadway where the two right <br />vehicle are more than one (1) foot distant from <br /> <br /> <br />
