That each and every section or ~art of section, of <br />Ordinance No. ~V3, not expressly repealed, amended or added to <br />by this Ordinance shall be and remain in full force add effect, <br />and if any section of tbls Ordinance shall be declared invalid <br />by a Court of competent Jurisdiction, that each ~nd every other <br />section thereof shall remain in full fores and effect. <br /> <br /> S=CTION BE. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance <br />to be published three (3) times in tbs Santa Aha Daily Evening <br />Begister, a daily newspaper o~ general e~rculation, published <br />and circulated in the said City, and it shall take effect thirty <br />(30) days after the date of first publication ~hereof. <br /> <br /> The above and foregoing Ordinance was introduced on the <br />20th day of July, 1925, and adopted on the 2Vth day of July, <br />1925, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees Geo.
