RESOLUTION NO. 65-t070F THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE GENERAL <br />PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES, <br />FOR LEGAL HOLIDAY AND OVERTIME WORK <br />IN SAID CITY FOR CERTAIN CRAFTS OR <br />TYPES OF WORKMEN. <br /> <br />(Assessment District No. 227, <br /> Figueroa-Fifth) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council has by its Resolution <br />No. 65-106 ordered certain work or improvement, said <br />work or improvement being more particularly described in <br />its resolution of intention, Resolution No. 65-94; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council by Resolution No. <br />64-58, has determined, ascertained and fixed the <br />general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general <br />prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in <br />said locality for each craft, classification or type of <br />workman needed to execute said contract; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND <br />ORDER that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages <br />and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime <br />work for each craft, classification or type of workman <br />needed to execute said contract are hereby specified as the <br />rates determined, ascertained and fixed by said Resolution <br />No. 64-58, and reference is hereby made to said ResoLution <br />No. 64-58 and the rates set forth therein are incorporated <br />herein and made a part hereof as though fully set forth <br />herein. <br /> <br />July, <br /> <br />ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPRQVED this 6th day of <br /> <br /> [Mayor ~f~the City of] <br /> Santa Aha, California/. <br /> <br />ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council of the Oi~ Attb~ney of the oity <br />City of Santa Ana, California. of Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, DORIS M.
