A receipt of Notice of Intention to move said building at the hours stated in said sppllcatlon, signed by the Superintendent of the Traffic Department of the Southern Cd ifornta Edision Company, and the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, and in case the lines, conduits, poles, standards, or property of any other corpc~ation or person are to b e touched or moved the said application must also be signed by the manager or Superintendent of s aid affected company. Said notice must be given at least seventy-two hours before the pro- posed moving. SECTION III. No permit shall be issued to allow the moving of any building along any street, road, avenue, boulevard, alley, lane, public place or highway except as is hereinbefore in this 0~di- nance provided, and after the street superintendent has inspected applicants equipment and appr~ed same, subject to the following regulations: 1. No building shall be moved, the highest point of which at any time during operation of moving, extends to a height of more than twenty-fiwe feet above the surface of the street. 2. No building shall be moved upon any truck, having metal tires unless the total weight restlng upon the surface of the street shall not exceed six hundred (600) pounds upon any inch of width of tires. 3. No buildingwieghing more than nine (9) tons shall be moved upon any truck equipped with pneumatic or solid tires. A. No building shall be moved upon rollers unless planks are placed under ~aid rollers to such width and in such manner as to protect the surface of the street from damage. 8. No building shall be moved unless moved upon rollers as hereinbefore in this ordinance provided or upon a truck having wheels equipped with pneumatic or solid rubber or metal tires. 6. No building shall be moved unless there is at all times a clear space of at least five (B) feet between said building and the curb of the street. ?. No building shall be allowed to remain stationary on any street intersection, or upon any street in such manner as to obstruct the access to any fire plug, stand pipe or other fire fighting appli- ance located upon or adjacent to such street. 8. No building shall be moved or allowed to remain station- ary upon any public street during the period between thirty minutes before sunset and thirty minutes after sunrise, unless red lanterns are kept lighted ~uring said period at each corner of said building. 9. The Chief of the Fire Department shall be notified twice during each twenty-four (24) hours of moving of the exact loca- tion of the building. ' SECTION IV. Before the issuance o~ any peEnit hereunder, the applic~ant shall deposit the sum of $200.00 with the City Clerk provided however, that if the amount chargeable hereunder for issuance
