375 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ?95 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 804 ADOPTED AND <br /> <br />APPROVED BY THE, BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ON THE <br /> <br />1STH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1915, <br /> <br />OF THE .W~DS OF SAID CITY, <br /> <br />WARD. <br /> <br />The Board of <br /> <br />do ordain as follows: <br /> <br />AS AMENDED, FIXING THE VARIOUS BOUNDARIES <br />BY ADDING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE FIRST <br /> <br />Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, <br /> <br />SECTION I. That sertion two <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 604 of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana adopted and approved on the 18th day of October, <br /> <br />1915, is hereby amended by addlng new territory to the First (lst) <br /> <br />Ward of the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />SECTION II. That the following described terri$ory is <br /> <br />hereby added to the First (lst) Ward of the City of Santa Ana, Call- <br /> <br />fornia, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Beginni~g at the intersection of the center line of South <br />Main Street with the center line of Edinger Street said point being <br />the Northeast corner of the Southeast one-quarter ~SE~) of the North- <br />east one-quarter (NE~) of Section 24, Township Five South, Range Ten <br />West, S.B.B. & M. said point being also an angle point on the boun- <br />dary llne of the City of Santa Ana; thence Southerly along the boun- <br />d~y line of the City of Santa Aha and a Southerly continuation thereof <br />along the center line of South Main Street to an intersection with the <br />center line of Delhi Road, said intersecting point being the Southeast <br />corner of the said Section 24; thence Westerly along the center line <br />of Delhi Road to an intersection with the center line of South Bristol <br />Street, said intersecting point being the Southwest cor~er of the said <br />Section 24; thence Northerly along the center line of South Bristol <br />Street, to an intersection with the center line of Edinger Street, <br />said point being also an angle point on t~e boundary line of the City <br />of Santa Aha; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes East along the boun- <br />dary line of the City of Santa Aha a distrance of 2891.30 feet; thence <br />South 89 degrees 44 minutes 48 seconds East along the boundary line of <br />the City of Santa Aha a .distance of 2660.23 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> SECTION III. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be <br />published 3 times in the Santa &ua Daily Evening Register, a newspaper <br /> <br />of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha, Calif~nia, and herein <br /> <br />designated for that purpose. <br /> <br />The foregoing Ordinance was passed, adopted and approved by <br /> <br />the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, Califc~nia, at an ad- <br /> <br />Journed regular meeting thereof, held on the 12th day of April, 1926, <br /> <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.H. Chapman, Geo McPhee, E.B. Collier, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L.
