390 <br /> <br /> Section 15. <br /> <br /> The bonds shall be issued in such denominations as the <br /> <br /> Board of Trustees may determine, except that no bond shall be of <br /> less denomination than $100.00, nor of greater denomination than <br /> $1000.00, and shall be payable on the day and at the place so fixed <br /> and designated in the bonds. <br /> <br /> All of the bonds issued shall be signed by the President <br /> <br /> of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, as the executive <br /> thereof, also signed by the Treasurer thereof, and counterBlgned by <br /> the Clerk. Interest coupons shall be attached to the bonds and num- <br /> bered consecutively, Which coupons shall be signed by the treasure~, <br /> provided, that the signature of the treasurer may be placed on such <br /> interest coupons by printed or lithographed facsimilie of said Treasu- <br /> rer's signature. <br /> <br /> Section 16. <br /> <br /> ~ll proceedings had under this ordinance and the issuance <br />and sale of the bonds therein proposed to be issued, shall be had in <br />accordance with an Act of the Legislatur~ cf the State Of California, <br />entitled: "An Act authorizing the incurring of indebtedness by cities, <br />towns, and municipal corporations, for municipal improvements, and <br />regulating the acquisition, construction, or completion thereoF, (became <br />a law under constitutional provision without Governor's approval Feb- <br />ruary 25, 1901) and any 'and all acts and parts of acts that are amenda-~ <br />to~y thereof. <br /> <br /> Section 17. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once a day for eight days <br />in the Santa &ua Daily Evening Register, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana six <br />days a week, and t~isiOrdlnance and the publication thereof as provided <br />for in this Section Shall constitute a notice of said special election, <br />and no other notice of such special election meed be given. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance being an ordinance calling and otherwise rela- <br />ting to an election, the same shall go into e~fect and be in force from <br />and after its passage. <br /> <br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. 795 was passed at a regular meet- <br />ing of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, as the legisla- <br />tive branch thereof, held on the ~6th day of April, 1926, by the vote <br />of more than two-thirds of all the members of said Board of Trustees, <br />and on said day was signed and approved by the President of the Board <br />of Trustees of said city, the said ordinance being passed by the affir-~ <br />mative vote of the following named trustees: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.H. Chapman, Goo Mc?hoe, ~.B. Collier, <br /> Stanley E. Goods, F.L.
